How long does personalisation take?

I will get perosnalised artwork to you to approve within 36 hours of receiving an order. This does add a couple of days to the production time, but often your print will still be received within the 2-3 week delivery time.

Do you only design artwork for nurseries?

No, although many of my illustration ranges are for nurseries, you can choose any artwork and use it wherever you like. I started the business creating bespoke nursery artwork but now I have expanded the business to include unique illustrations for all.

Can you create bilingual artwork?

Yes, I love to create art in more than one language. However I will need you to provide and check the translations when I create the content.

What happens if I make a mistake on the personalisation form?

You can correct any mistakes when you receive your proof from myself via email. If you approve artwork, you will not be able to make any further changes. These proofs are very important so you must check them carefully.

How long is delivery?

Production of prints can take up to 7 days, and delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Depending on your location (I am based in the UK), I ship as fast as I can for you.

How much is Delivery?

I ship your orders via private couriers - this allows me to track all of your orders, and provide you with timely updates. I do not make any money on delivery, and I classify shipping costs in 2 tiers. On small orders international delivery is £10 and for larger prints, delivery is £20.  Domestic shipping (within the UK is a flat rate of £4.99).
